Terms of Use

1. Subscription and Payments

The subscriber is committed to paying subscription fees on time. If payment is delayed for more than 60 days, the service will be suspended with a reactivation fee of $50. The responsibility for appropriate use of the system remains with the subscriber. Subscription activation in the system is done through prepaid numbers (serials), and we do not accept direct payment. Serial numbers are purchased from authorized agents.

2. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting patient health data according to the highest security and privacy standards. Data is not shared except in the following cases: a court order, or written consent from the registered lab administration. Data is encrypted according to international standards.

3. Responsibility for Data and Results

The responsibility for the accuracy and correctness of medical data and results entered into the system lies entirely with the subscriber. The platform provides technical tools for management and storage and bears no responsibility for medical errors or incorrect entries.

4. Account Security

The user is fully responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. Immediate reporting is required upon suspicion of any unauthorized access to the account. We recommend changing the password periodically and not sharing it with any other party.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Using the system for any illegal purposes or storing violating content is prohibited. The administration has the right to suspend any account if activities harming the platform or violating policies are discovered.

6. Intellectual Property and Identity

All registered data must be correct and match the legal identity of the lab. Using any logos or names for which you do not have legal rights is prohibited. If identity impersonation is proven, the account will be suspended immediately.

7. Updates and Maintenance

We conduct periodic updates to improve system performance and add new features. Scheduled maintenance periods that may require temporary service interruption are announced in advance. We aim to minimize downtime as much as possible.

9. System Uptime

Third-party server providers may require periodic maintenance, which may result in temporary service interruptions. Additionally, internet service in Iraq may be cut due to ministerial exams or other reasons beyond our control. We strive to minimize the impact as much as possible, but we are not responsible for outages resulting from these causes.

10. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms when needed. Continued use of the service after amendments constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
